You can use our online appointment system to make your own appointments anytime.
If you are a new patient in our office and this is your first time using the system, then we’ve created an account for you. Just enter your phone number with dashes and your temporary
password of 1234. The system will require you to create a permanent password.
Passwords must be 8-20 characters, alphanumeric, 1 upper and 1 lower
case.
If you have problems logging in, first try resetting your password. If that
doesn’t work, just send us a message and we will
fix your login for you.
