Auto Accident Payment
Our office agrees to hold the balance of your account after any PIP (personal injury protection from your auto insurance policy) payments and wait for the balance due payment after settlement of your Auto Accident case.
The above courtesy is only available if you are represented by a Law Firm approved by this office.
Payment is expected at the time of service in all other cases.
In addition, the balance of your account will be due in full should your approved Legal representation be terminated for any reason.
Credit Card on File:
We require a credit card to be kept on file should any balance come due now or in the future. If you cannot provide a credit card, we will accept checks or cash in advance. All receipts will be emailed to you. Any charge on your card will show up as Lotus Health Services and will be billed to your card when the balance is due.
Health Insurance:
We do not file health insurance for Auto Accident cases.
Instead your bills will be filed to the portion of your Auto Insurance policy known as PIP (Personal Injury Protection).
The limits of you PIP coverage may not pay for your entire bill. If that happens, we will agree to hold that balance on account and wait for settlement from the other party’s insurance provided you are represented by an approved Legal Counsel. Otherwise, we will file your PIP claims for you and instruct the carrier to reimburse you directly.
Cash Patients:
May pay with a credit card, check or cash at the time of service.
