I have seen Dr Beech for my ayurvedic pulse consultation. Such a service is very rarely offered as everything is online these days. Dr Beech was very accurate with my pulse diagnosis. He even pointed out a few things that he read from my pulse which I missed mentioning to him in my health history form. I am very happy that this treasured ayurvedic knowledge is well preserved by his practice and offered to his patients with high integrity.

I can't say enough how thankful I am to have found Dr. Beech. I have been having back issues for years and recently it has gotten worse. So much so that on a Saturday morning, I woke up and couldn't stand on my right leg. The pain was terrible. I finally decided to google and call around to chiropractors that were open, hoping for a possible cancelation. When I called, I told them what was wrong and the receptionist told me she was sorry, that they didn't have anything available. Well, they ended up calling me right back and told me that they would take me. I was so thankful. Dr. Beech was booked full but took me after all of his patients, just to help me because he cared. I will be forever thankful for his generosity and kindness. Dr. Beech is unlike any other doctor. He is passionate about his career and helping others. Update April 2024: I suffered a minor brain injury in winter 2023 and then in early 2024 I caught covid. Dr. Beech helped me recover in record time from both ailments. My allopathic doctors never even followed up with me after my brain injury, they just told me to see a neurologist if my symptoms didn't get better in 4 months. Dr. Beech gave me actionable things to do to help improve my brain health and my hormones (as they were impacted by my head injury), which made me feel better about my situation. With his help I recovered in less than 2 months from my brain injury and thanks to the wonderful protocol he has had me on, I fully recovered from covid in 7 days. I am currently in the middle of my Spring cleanse with Dr. Beech and it's going really well. I am forever grateful for Dr. Beech and Prabha! They have given me the tools & knowledge to the best health I've ever had.
June 2023: My anemia is cured and all of my biomarkers look perfect, with the exception of my cholesterol. I should point out that my cholesterol has dropped 110 points since my last review, which I think has been 2 months. That's just amazing to me! If you're struggling to decide whether or not to see Dr. Beech please just go and see him. He and his wife are true healers and only want to help you feel your best. Ayurveda truly works!
Original April 2023: I originally reached out to Dr Beech in hopes of obtaining a dosha assessment and pulse diagnosis, as it was required by my yoga training school. Fortunately, Dr. Beech quickly diagnosed several issues that I'm currently seeing other doctors & health practitioners for. His perspective made so much sense to me and his course of treatment sounded more logical to me than any others that have been proposed previously. I have decided to go along with his treatment plan, although it is quite different from my normal routine, in hopes that this will help me heal fully. I have put all of my other doctor's appointments on hold so that I can see to see how Dr. Beech's treatment goes. Like most Americans, I had never heard of Ayurveda, and I doubted whether ancient teachings about how to live and eat would have any effect. Under Dr. Beech's guidance (also Cary Twomey of Lincoln, NE), I became a reasonably committed Ayurvedic practitioner and am now, at 73, fundamentally healthier than when I was younger. I found Dr. Beech on the Cigna Providers website at Cigna.Com. I have been to a lot of Chiropractors before, but Dr. Beech is "by FAR" the Best ever!! As soon as I met him he was like a long lost friend!! He listened to my concerns, and addressed each and every one! He was never too busy to see me, and his chiropractic adjustments worked wonders for my Vertigo, and bad headaches. Integrity equals Dr. Beech and his amazing wife (who assists behind the scene). They put love, care and thoughtfulness into every aspect of their business and it’s palpable.
I have cured numerous physical conditions without the need for medication or other physical intervention (PT, surgery, massage). To highlight a few of my favorite improvement—I’m more attractive now. How did that happen? my posture used to be poor and I slumped into one side. No more, thanks to a series of adjustments and orthotics. My skin has cleared up thanks to the gentle detox protocols. My energy and mood are better from both the alignment and the eating/nutritional advice. My organs are in better condition and my body has shifted out of old patterned behavior and my mind has followed. He is total body healing.

Dr. Beech is a sorcerer of the spine! I was admittedly skeptical at first, but the magic this man was able to do on my horribly wrenched back and ribs cast all doubt aside.
He is kind and patient and very understanding- making sure to listen to your needs and explain everything so you understand his methods.
This gentle soul not only helped my spinal problems, but helped me to understand how interconnect all parts of our health are.

I went to Dr. Beech per recommendation of a friend who was successfully treated by him for severe Lyme disease. I had been diagnosed with SIBO. I had lost 15 lbs in 3 months and could not hold food , has very little energy, brain fog and unable to tolerate much food. . The Ayurvedic cooking lesson was amazing!
Prabha greeted us at her house sharing some stories of what her mother used to cook for her in India while we were savoring the best chai tea I've ever had.
We learned a lot about the ingredients and the proper way to cook them to guarantee you get the best results.
At the end of the class we were delighted by one of the best meals I've had in my life while at the same time feeling happy and with lots of energy.

They are very encouraging. My wife has been seeing Dr. Beech for about a year and her general health is dramatically better. We took Prabha’s cooking class recently and it was enjoyable, informative, and delicious. I now understand some of the basic principles behind Aruvedic cooking and medicine and it makes so much sense it’s a no-brainer. I very much enjoyed our Ayurveda cooking class. I was amazed how many recipes we were able to accomplish in 3-hour time. Everything was super delicious because it was cooked with love. Prabha was very passionate about teaching us step-by-step how to prepare Ayurvedic meals in efficient, yet fun way. At the end of the class, we were provided with cooking cards, so at home I immediately wanted to replicate the recipes. The instructions were easy to follow and yesterday my husband and I enjoyed our first Sunday Ayurvedic Lunch …super yummy :)

I've seen Dr. Beech on and off for a several years. He does the basic chiropractor kind of adjustments that are perfect for me. I recently moved 20 minutes away and tried a chiropractor closer to me. That lasted three sessions. All the fancy equipment couldn't replace the best chiropractor! I am thrilled to be back with Dr. Beech despite the longer drive. Well worth it. Over a year ago, in a time when I had not been seeing Dr. Beech, my back was in agony, and a doctor told me I'd need shots, then perhaps surgery. I went back to Dr. Beech and never looked back. No shots. No surgery. Just health and vitality! I swim, hike, exercise, and move as I like.

I am new to the area and have been battling headaches and neck pain for over 22 years! I don’t like narcotics or muscle relaxers because they knock me out, I have had shots in my head and epidurals to my spine to try and control the pain without any success it was more like a guessing game, I have been seeing Dr. Beech twice a week now for about a month and I can not believe the difference it has made for me!
